Everyropi is operated by Henan Facai Agriculture Co., Ltd. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting customer service.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, engage in fraudulent activity, or infringe the rights of others.

Products and Descriptions

Everyropi offers desk accessories, desktop organizers, monitor stands, wall file holders, brochure holders, business card holders, storage boxes, safes, and related organizational products.

Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, finishes, assembly requirements, weight limits, and care instructions are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Actual appearance may vary due to lighting, screen settings, natural material characteristics, and production variations.

Wood, bamboo, metal, acrylic, plastic, and mixed-material products have different handling and care requirements. Customers should review individual product information before purchase and follow applicable assembly, installation, weight-limit, and care instructions.

Products should not be assumed to provide fire protection, security performance, load capacity, or other specialized performance beyond the specifications expressly stated in the relevant product listing.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights relating to defective products, inaccurate descriptions, or products that do not conform to applicable law.

Prices and Payments

Prices and available currencies are displayed on our website or at checkout. The applicable product price, shipping charge, and any taxes or other charges collected at checkout will be shown before payment is completed.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorized to use the selected payment method.

If a pricing or product listing error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm the correct details or cancel the affected order where permitted by law. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Orders are subject to payment authorization, product availability, and shipping eligibility. Where an order cannot be fulfilled for a legitimate reason permitted by law, we may cancel the affected order and arrange any required refund.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For eligible standard shipping orders delivered within the contiguous United States, orders below $79.00 USD are charged a standard shipping fee of $6.99 USD. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $79.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

The estimated total delivery time is 7–15 business days from successful payment confirmation, including processing time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, and other logistical circumstances.

Available destinations, shipping methods, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed charges.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

A product listing may provide a longer return period or a specific resolution commitment for a particular item. Where a product-specific commitment is displayed before purchase, that commitment applies to the relevant item, subject to applicable law.

For standard change-of-mind returns, products must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. We aim to initiate approved refunds within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected, subject to applicable law and any applicable product-specific commitment.

Please contact service@everyropi.com before returning any products. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights relating to returns, refunds, defective products, or cancellations.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, contact service@everyropi.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before an order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible through the standard order process.

Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Intellectual Property

Website text, logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, page layouts, and design elements are owned by or lawfully used by Everyropi or the relevant rights holders.

You may use website content for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. Protected content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.
